We will be leaving tomorrow to go to Virginia to meet our beautiful little granddaughter!!

We are leaving just ahead of a snow storm that is headed our way,I'm hoping we can get there before it catches up with us

So I'm going to be missing from here for about 7 or 8 days,that's going to feel strange since I'm always here everyday and pretty much have been for almost 3 years now,I may end up going through withdrawal pains from my DA addiction

Seriously I will really miss everyone!!With all the excitement over the newest member of our family I haven't had time to do my Birthday Feature,but I haven't forgotten,I'm just running a little late!! I wish everyone having a birthday this month a really great day and that their birthday is fill with joy and happiness!!I also want to say may this New Year be a new beginning for everyone,may it be filled with LOVE HOPE PEACE AND JOY!!Love you all,don't miss me much...well maybe a little bit

It is truly a Happy New Year!!This morning at 12:20am my daughter Meegan

gave birth to our first granddaughter Nora she weighs 8 pounds 14 ounces and is 21 inches long!!We spent a long day News Years Eve waiting,16+hours of labor then she was delivered by cesarean-section,mom and baby are doing well!!I wish we could have been there with them,but we are heading there on Wed.!!!I'm so excited I can't stop smiling!!I will post her photo asap!!She is so beautiful!!!
I could not ask for a better way to start off a new year!!I wish every could feel the JOY we are all feeling right now,hopefully 2010 will be a wonderful year for everyone!!Mom and Dad are also double celebrating because 5 years ago today they were married,what a fantastic anniversary gift they gave each other!!!
